gap intelligence, a business intelligence firm located in Point Loma, is hiring a Business Developer Associate to grow the company's revenue streams. We have a lot of great data and insightful analyst services to sell to manufacturers and resellers in the IT, consumer electronics, and home appliance industries.
As a Business Development Associate you'll work closely with some of the most recognized technology companies in the world. You'll spend the majority of your time hunting for new business revenue. You'll uncover new opportunities and establish strong relationships within those new accounts.
The role also entails
- Establish strategic relationships with key influencers and decision makers within target accounts.
- Follow the proven sales process to help successfully navigate the sale to completion.
- Negotiate annual renewal and new business contracts.
- Identify growth opportunities within target accounts.
You have at least one year of experience in B2B sales and strategic selling of software / consulting services. You are numbers driven and like to hunt (figuratively). People say that you're fun, passionate, and trust you with anything.

- A proven track record of sales success.
- Solid understanding of the sales process.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
